Every dog and training plan is unique, and I dedicate time and preparation to understanding both you and your dog’s goals to provide the best training experience possible. Respecting scheduled appointments allows me to give every client and dog the time and attention they deserve.

To best accommodate scheduling, I kindly ask for more than 48 hours’ notice whenever possible for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Providing only two days’ notice often does not allow enough time to offer that appointment to another client.

Of course, I understand that illnesses and family emergencies can happen, and exceptions will always be considered with care.

In-Home Training Cancellation Policy:

At Pause 4 Paws canine trainer LLC, appointment times are reserved specifically for you and your dog. Because in-home training requires travel and dedicated scheduling, we ask that clients respect the following policy:

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

A minimum of 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of any in-home training session.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the session cost or forfeiture of the session.

Same-Day Cancellations:

Same-day cancellations will be charged the full session fee, as travel time and scheduling have already been reserved.

No-Call / No-Show:

If I arrive for a scheduled appointment and cannot complete the session due to no response, missed appointment, or lack of communication, the full session fee will be due.

Late Arrivals / Availability:

Please ensure someone is home and available at the scheduled appointment time. Sessions may be shortened if the start time is delayed, and the full fee will still apply.

Illness & Emergencies:

If you, a family member, or your dog are ill, please notify me as soon as possible. Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
